1. Starting PCs will be second level with Max hit points for the first two levels, and then using average points after that point.

 

2. Each character is allowed one Uncommon magic item.

 

3. Starting Equipment instead of gold.

 

4. Each PC will start with one free feat. Due to this, Variant Humans will not be used.

 

5. Pretty much all classes and races are allowed, but make sure to check with me (the DM)
